No Refund Policy
All payments made to Ausha Digital Pvt. Ltd. for services, subscriptions, digital products, or any other offerings on Spoctree.com are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it is considered final and binding.

Refunds at Company's Discretion
In exceptional cases, Ausha Digital Pvt. Ltd. may consider a refund. However, such refunds are granted solely at the discretion of the company and are subject to internal approval.
Factors considered for such approvals may include but are not limited to:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical errors resulting in non-delivery of service
- Incomplete transactions caused by the company
In case if company approves the refund, but any taxes/duties paid and filed with regulatory authorities; In such scenario the tax/fee paid will not be eligible of refund and net-off the amount will be repaid. The company's decision in all the regard shall be final and binding.
